In my opinion this book was overrated. I received an early copy of it, but with work and other books in my TBR pile that interested me more, it got pushed aside. Several months later after listening to the hype for so long I decided I should give it a try. While I am not upset that I read it, I feel it was not worth the hype. There was some suspense to the story and the twist was kind of shocking, but I don't feel like it was that unexpected in this type of book. When it happened it was kind of like "oh I didn't think of that, but now I get it" kind of reaction.
I did like the writing style with the narrator talking to the reader throughout the book. I enjoy books like this because they make me feel more involved in the plot.
