Not So Sure.
This book has had a lot of hype surrounding it so I could not wait to read it.
The front cover was really nicely done, and the blurb led me to start believing the hype around this book, it sounded like something I would love.
It started off really good and I was hooked after only a couple of pages. The flow of the story and the writing was brilliant.
The characters really drew me in, and I thought Theo was a good guy, but I was not keen on Alicia from the start, I didn’t connect with that character.
And then the book started to either slightly, and I really struggled to push to the end. I’d heard the ending would blow my socks off, in reality it felt like it was an easier conclusion than writing a better ending.
It was good, but did not live up to the hype for me unfortunately.
