If you don't read a lot of psychological thrillers, you'll probably enjoy this one. If you do read a lot of psych thrillers, be prepared for the normal tropes. It's very over-hyped and the twist just doesn't work. The author had to play with formatting and perspective just to make it work, which ultimately, doesn't really make it work that well. There are other, better, psych-thrillers that you could be reading. Am I glad I read it to see what the fuss was about? Sure. Would I read it again? Nope. Would I recommend it to anyone? Probably not. If you see it at a garage sale or a library book sale - sure, go for it. Is it worth full price? Nope. Was it worth the BoTM discounted (add on) price? Nope. So there you have it. Meh.
