This might have been my first horror/thriller book. To say the least, I was scared. It kept me on the edge of my toes and I never saw anything coming. I still think this book was a great introduction to this genre of books. To say it was unforgettable does not give this book justice. I still remember certain scene, but that may just be me. The story is wild from start to finish. It really does have a lot of psychology behind it. This is not some cheesy jump scare kind of story. The idea behind the story is brilliant too. We have this therapist trying to figure of one of their patients. Looking into the background and details are what get me. This book really has you questioning a lot of things.
