Especially given this is a debut novel, this book deserves the hype. Is the twist going to fool everyone? Definitely not. But it was well done, certainly better than others with similar twists, as were the interchanging perspectives and the ultimate punch at the end.

Even if you do guess the twist, it really is worth the read anyway. It was super dark and fits the "psychological" section of the thriller genre very well. Best is I read it in one sitting... truly fit the term un-putdownable to a T for me.

Having the main character be a psychotherapist was an interesting spin on the story and I really did enjoy following along with his character start to finish. The cover is also extremely unsettling.
