Do not start unless you can read the entire book

I started this book and did not think that I would read it all in one sitting. I could not put it down. The ending was quite a twist that I did not see coming at all. It is about a psychiatrist who is trying to get his patient to talk again after having something traumatic happen to her. He is on a mission to have her talk again while dealing with his own personal problems. As he is trying to get her to talk, he is also investigating what happened to her. He believes knowing that is his pathway to having her speak again. It was a wild and twisted ride throughout the book. I would love to re-read this book just to get the small details that I missed the first time that I read it. It would also make a great movie!
