I had to wait a really long time to read this book. It was requested so much at my local library that I was on the holds list for 12 weeks! That right there tells you how popular the book was. Although I had to wait a while, it was worth it! I couldn't believe how quickly I went through the book. I had been in a slump for a while and this broke that.
All the twists and turns were unexpected and exciting! I was constantly on the tips of my toes unable to wait for what came next. The two POV were from Theo (the psychologist) and Alicia's (the patient) diary entries. I found myself not really interested in Theo's stories of his wife, but I knew it would come around eventually. That's why I decided to not give the book 5 stars. But don't let that distract you from the fun and excitement this book will bring!
As I've said before, it's well worth the wait. So, pick it up ASAP!
