This is my first book by Alex Michaelides and let me tell you: I absolutely enjoyed The Silent Patient from the start!! ๐คญEspecially how the main character is a man, I loved the diary entries, and the unpredictable twist! ๐คฏ I also analyzed every character I came across and tried to figure out who did it, who could have been behind it, but I definitely was wrong the entire time! And this just makes The Silent Patient even better!! ๐คฉ
After the big plot twist, though, I started having mixed feelings about the book, which is very unfortunate as I thoroughly enjoyed the book itself.. but the ending is what I didnโt enjoy about The Silent Patient. I was left with so many questions - which could be a good thing - but the ending felt rushed.. It felt like there was some unfinished business.
But to sum it all up though, I still enjoyed The Silent Patient! ๐ค
