Reminds me of the movie, "Side Effects"

This first look reminds me of the movie "Side Effects". The wife kills the husband and kind of blase about it. She's in therapy. The First Look has the perspectives of both the wife and the shrink. This is one of those books where the secrets only get deeper with each page, and I think I would love it.
