I'm not sure who the real patient is here - the woman who apparently murdered her husband and hasn't spoken a word since or the forensic psychotherapist who's treating her. Most likely it's both, but I won't know unless I can finish this intriguing story (made even more so because I'm a student of psychology myself; my favorite thrillers have a strong psychological edge). This teaser certainly drew me in, making me want to read the rest. Right now.
