This book was very interesting to me in the fact that I did not see the murder victim coming AT ALL. No spoilers of course but it honestly shook me the twist at the end since the whole time I felt so proud of myself for figuring it out. However, I was wrong and due to being wrong I felt an actual sadness at who the murder victim was. I found the aspect of connecting dreams to be very interesting and I was grateful that we didn't go into even further depth of it. It was the perfect amount. I will say that I would have loved a little bit more of the scare factor. There was one scene that his writing was so vivid that I was terrified to read the next word. That was my favorite part since I didn't expect to be scared! Would love to see what he will do next and if he will continue to bring the fear factor. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that at some points the writing was a bit slow and could have been cut down. However, it was an overall great book!
