Reads like a book that won't let go - willingly

Just the first chapters of this book gives me the chills. There's just something about mental illness that is haunting and the threats of horrible things even more so- perceived or imagined. The cover would be even more on the nose in red. Although I didn't read The Whisper Man this new book sounds chillingly creepy - one that would sink into your thoughts and not let go willingly.
