From the first look at this book, I picked up on strong themes of friendship, trust, romance, depression and mental health, how to live with and face our regrets, the lasting impact of an animal’s love for its humans, and family.
I really want to know more about the relationship between Harlow and Tommy and how it evolves from hatred to what could be love. I want to know what “The Plan” is that Harlow refers to when it comes to her and Ellis and West Finch. And I’d like to read more about the impact that Goose has on every character in the story, especially Tommy.
