The premise of this book sounds absolutely amazing. I think this would make the perfect summer read! It sounds like a hauntingly beautiful read and I cannot wait to get my hands on it. I love reading books that have this similar theme (darker coming of age story set in the summer) but I have not read one in a long time and it is long past due!
