Thrillers aren't really my genre of choice but i thought I'd give this one a try. From the beginning I though Emily was a dumb character. She's obviously naive and immature. The whole struggling actress thing made me not a fan of hers to begin with and then she takes a mysterious job that her former boss just hapoens to throw at her after being fired from his company. How stupid are you to not even ask questions. She doesn't seem to think being taken to a deserted location with no contact to the outside world is questionable. Scott's wife was annoying and the fact that Emily thought of Scott in any way as a sexual parner was disturbing. The twist while i didn't see it coming because I don't pick up on those things easily didn't really have an impact. I didn't care about any of these characters and was honestly waiting for Emily to be chopped into little pieces to make it more entertaining. I gave it a try but it wasn't my jam.
