I absolutely loved the cover of this book. I received it as an arc. At first I had no idea how this book was going to go. This book had me anxious the whole time. It took me a few pages to get into but once I did get into it I could not put it down. The characters were amazing. It took me up until the middle of the book to figure out what was going on. I was really curious as to why she was not really allowed into the home. Once she snuck into the bathroom and saw the hair dye I knew something was going on. I was sad for the little girl once it came about what happened at the beach. I was not expecting the ending to happen the way that it did but I feel like it did the book justice. It was my first time reading a book by this author. I would definitely give this book and 5 star review. I actually recommended it to my friends. I am going to be looking for more books by this author.
