The Safe Place first impression is about what I expected. The typical young female protagonist who is in a messy place in her life and is isolated from her friends and loved ones. However, that’s not to say I’m not intrigued! I’m definitely interested in seeing where this goes!
How does her story intersect with her former boss? What is he trying to ignore from the night before? What is he setting her up for?
This seems like a good, suspenseful beach or vacation read that I would devour in a sitting or two. Can’t wait to read the rest!
