Emily lives a messy life in London/France, living pay-check to pay-check. Her pursuit of wanting to be an actress isn't going so well. Scott offers Emily a job as a housekeeper on his France estate.
I did like the setting development in this, and some parts were unpredictable. In my opinion this would be the perfect book to get lost reading in and finish in one sitting almost without realizing. I rated it three stars because i'm not the biggest thriller person but i do like trying new things once in a while. The perspective changes between Emily and Scott weren't the best and could have been better but the plot was rather interesting though i didn't like some parts of it. She lost her temporary job, acting agent, and even her apartment too. This wouldn't be one of my favorite reads although i really enjoyed spacing out at the wonderful cover page.
