A Bit Cliched, But Intriguing
These days, thrillers are the category that people can't seem to get enough of. There's been hundreds of versions of a similar plot line. I guess you love it or hate it. I think for the thriller fans out there, this book will more than satisfy. I enjoyed the alternating perspectives of the male and female lead. Unsurprisingly, the male lead character is powerful, deceptive, and angry, and the female lead is desperate for attention and also a bit clueless. Check the boxes - it's qualified to be a thriller. I was intrigued and would read more, but also have a feeling it'll land how most thrillers land for me - interesting, but not memorable.
