This book was interesting, and when the story began to unravel I wanted to know more. However, I feel that the characters, even though likeable, could've been developed more. There was a plot twist in the book, and it was completely unexpected. The main character the book was focused on in the beginning sort of disappeared halfway through, and just his story by itself would've been a great book. I would love to see a sequel to explore more of Mr Sitwell's story. Once the story switches to follow the other character I found out more and uncovered some unexpected twists, but I was also a lot less interested in the progress of the story. I haven't read this author before, and overall I enjoyed the book. She paints a vivid picture, her writing style builds up suspense in the right places, and the storyline flows smoothly. Overall, this was a good book!
