I am totally hooked!
These characters are so interesting. The ‘downstairs’ staff are well drawn. I want to know Mr Sitwell’s story. The historical setting and era is shown through the action and Mr Sitwell’s memories push back to earlier times and other places.
I do plan on reading this book!
