I loved this book. You can tell that the author had her own emotions deep in this book. This book shows that love can conquer all. Such a sweet yet sad book that just pulls you in from the first page.
You have the main character who switches back and forth between now and the past. She is writing her memoirs to her niece before she passes as she knows time is coming to a close. Her niece lives across the world and isn't able to be with her aunt and it is destroying her. The main character ends up in the hospital and she getting ready to die even though she doesn't want to. She has loose ends that she needs and wants to finish but she doesn't know if there is time. Such a moving book and I love the fact that it feels like it is a memoir!
