Doris seems like she has had an interesting life. Everything about her is familiar and reminds me of my grandmother. I think the writing is great because it gave me such a familiar feeling. It was sweet and almost tear-jerking at times. The idea of this story is really intriguing and I'm really curious to find out what happens next! The cover is nice and captures the idea of the book well.
