Selena and Knox have been best friends for a long time - like a decade - and when Selena finds herself in a bit of trouble, Knox comes to her rescue and ends up moving into her house to give her protection. They've had feelings for each other for a long time, but they haven't moved forward on these feelings because they both cherish the friendship they've had. There were a lot of other things going on in this story that sometimes distracted me from the main characters' storylines (and it wasn't always completely believable), but overall, I liked the book.
