If you're looking for a great read to end this summer, look no further. This will have you laughing and laugh-crying over dumb things happening to characters you'll love to make fun of, adore, get exasperated over, and all the other things you go through when you're with close friends when getting into all sorts of shenanigans.
The writing is crisp and the dialogue is punchy and real. I feel like I've gotten to know each character so well over the course of the book, I half expect them to be real folks out and about in the world. There's not a lot of grand-scale change-of-heart moments for any of the characters (at least, not in my opinion, but YMMV), but there are a few scenes that made me pause and reconsider what I knew of them (they carried a surprising amount of depth I did not expect when going into this book for the first time).
