I really like the concepts in this book. There are seers who can see the future, centaurs who can transform into human forms, and different types of monks. The prologue was interesting to introduce the main character and give some background information for setting up the story, however I feel like a lot ended up happening between the time the prologue ended and the story begins, that I would have liked to have more of that told. I think the story could be good and has promise.
