The author packs a lot of information into this first look, without it seeming like an info dump. All of the backstory is perfectly mixed with history and imagery.
Vivid character descriptions too! Each main character introduces the others in a way that I know what they look like, but I also know their personalities right off too.
I would like to see more of Leelo’s character and inside her mind more. I feel like she’s the only one we don’t fully know right off the bat.
At the end of the day, sounds like a fantastic book! Can’t wait to read it!
