The explanation of the book sounded very intriguing, but the First Impression was hard for me to really get into. I understand the need for some backstory and explaining who the main character is, where they are, etc., but it took almost the full First Impression before any dialogue or character interaction occurred. It was a little slow for me, but the story description still has me wanting more.
