Although I thought the synopsis for The Plot sounded intriguing, the excerpt just wasn't for me. I found myself bored by Jake. Perhaps he's just the kind of character I don't click with! The cover seems to be a good fit for the book, and I'm curious about what the imagery within the letters mean.
