I was on the edge of my seat reading the intro to this book. It's crazy good! The intro sets the story by telling the reader that it was written by an anonymous author on a now defunct website. Without the ability to fact check the events, you are left wondering if it is true or not.
The story is written through the eyes of a doctor working in an understaffed and underfunded state psych ward. On the doctors first day he learns about a patient that has been at the hospital for decades. No one will tell him anything about this patient, only to stay away from him, which of course makes the doctor want to know more....
I loved the way the author gave you just enough info to catch your attention and crazy enough to keep you wanted to read it in one sitting because the suspense was driving you crazy!
