I love a good thriller/suspense novel, so I jumped at the opportunity to enter this raffle. The book is written from the perspective of a psychiatrist who is recounting his time working at a mental asylum. He encounters a particularly notorious patient and he becomes determined to help him.

The first half of the book was very thriller/suspense, but towards the end it took a bit of a horror/sci-fi twist. I found the first part of the book to be more interesting and I didn't really love the ending. The story was definitely creepy and had my heart racing at multiple moments, but in the end it wasn't my favorite thriller. I would still recommend this book to readers who love the thriller/horror genre because it was overall an enjoyable read.

My favorite part of the book is that the chapters are written as blog posts. Each post went more in-depth in the story, and each post had a little bit of a cliffhanger at the end. This format really sucked me in and I ended up flying through this book.
