This book was absolutely amazing.

First off, it had such a wide range of representation from being transgender and trying to keep it on the low, to being closeted in a not so accepting family, to being non binary, autism, all while having characters of color.

Secondly, this book is so very easy to read. The sentences and paragraphs don't dredge on, making you want to put it down. The pacing of the book is good and the humor and wit keeps you wanting more.

I adore how the author found a way to talk about so many important topics in a way that was not so tense. The characters felt as though they could have been real people with real flaws and problems and families. Their dialogue was lighthearted and funny at times.

As someone who is always looking for books to put in a classroom library, I am very happy to have came across The Passing Playbook. It seem like a perfect fit.
