Author Lauren Acampora has written a very unique, somewhat baffling yet totally entertaining story that blurs the line between the real world and our dreams. "The Paper Wasp" was a hard book to put down, but one needs to take the time to read and ponder what the author is laying out for the reader. The writing is tight, plotting intense and the characters are well defined and believable.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It's a departure from my usual genres with many twists and turns and a totally shocking and unforeseen ending, but not unlike what one may dream. I heartily recommend "The Paper Wasp" to the reader who likes a departure from the usual into the totally unexpected and intriguing!
