I want to start by thanking the author and the publisher for giving me the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book. I have not had the opportunity to read any of this author’s work prior to this book.
I have to admit that initially I was slightly disturbed by the cover of the book, however, upon reading th initial description, I was intrigued. I was excited when I won the advanced copy prior to release so that I could see what it was all about.
I was absolutely blown away by how haunting the story was. I do not tend to go for novels like this, but I was immediately drawn in to this story. The authors writing style was beautiful and I was immediately curious about what was happening about the next corner (or page).
