The Other Woman was a crazy story. Between an extremely manipulative mother in law and a seemingly verbally abusive boyfriend/fiancé, Emily had her work cut out for her. I can’t imagine being in Emily’s situation of her significant other always choosing his mother over his partner. Some of the situations seemed a little hard to believe just by how intense they were. But it did make for an interesting plot.
The ending was shocking! I had zero idea that was the way the book was going to end. I thought I had it all figured out until the end.
The only part I didn’t like was how Emily allowed Adam to walk all over her and never stuck up for herself. It was like she just laid down and allowed the verbal abuse to happen.
However this was an awesome book and I truly enjoyed it.
