First of all, without giving too much away, you have to suspend reality a little bit when reading this book. The characters were superficial and had me rolling my eyes quite a few times as I was reading the book. Emily and Adam are a couple and Adam's mother Pammie doesn't like Emily. She's downright mean and tells lies just because she doesn't like her. Emily does try to get Adam to see what a mean person his mother is, but he doesn't see anything wrong since his mother can do no wrong. Adam is not exactly nice to Emily either.
I do have to say I really liked the idea of the storyline - the jealous mother-in-law doing everything to break the couple up, but that's all I liked about it.
The ending was very abrupt and honestly didn't even make sense.
