Wow, what a twist with the surprise ending, definitely did not see that scenario at all. Received an ARC from Minotaur Books (Macmillan Publishing) for an honest review. Emily finally meets the man of her dreams in Adam after a cheating ex destroyed her. Emily and Adam hit it off right away and have so much in common and the relationship moves at really fast pace. Emily meets Adam's mom, Pammie and the relationship is strained as Pammie tries everything in her power to break them up without Adam realizing the dual role his mom is playing. Emily has a few questionable moments when she hits it off way too well with Adam's brother, James who wants Emily to break it off with his brother and give him a chance. So much happens with Pammie holding the reins on both brothers. Climax at the end was so good it was a shock when all was said and done.
