I have heard so much buzz about this book: Emily, a successful woman, meets the love of her life at the bar one night, Adam. He is handsome (and some more qualities) and they ended up together very fast. But there are some problems coming after: Adam doesn't treat Emily as she deserved and there's his mother, Pammie, who treats her even worse. In addition, there is also James - Adam’s brother - whom Emily has some attraction.
"The other woman" is supposed to be a thrilling plot and have some twists. Yet unfortunately it was rather slow to me and lacking of intensity. I found this book quite cliche and the plot, flat. The dialogues also didn't catch my attention and honestly, I didn't feel attached to the main character. For me this book was a DNF.
