This book was amazing with a huge plot twist at the end that really threw me for a loop. Emily is wildly in love with Adam. Adam, to her, is the perfect man, and she can't even believe that he is hers. All is going well, until she meets Adam's mother, Pammie. Emily can sense the extreme dislike and negative feelings from Pammie almost immediately. It's almost as if Pammie will stop at nothing to get rid of Emily. She acts like Emily is just not good enough for her son. Pammie is manipulative and controlling, and Emily doesn't know what to do. She loves Adam dearly, but can she really marry a man with a mother like Pammie? I read this story very quickly because it's hard to put it down. The author does an amazing job of setting the mood and then throwing readers for a tailspin at the end. The ending will leave you breathless, but in a good way! Highly recommend it!!
