What if you find the perfect man but he comes with a mother who hates you? Not only does she hate you, but she works behind the scenes to make you look mean-spirited, petty, and/or downright crazy! Is your love of your guy enough to make you willing to put up with a mother-in-law on a mission - a mission to ruin your relationship and make you think you are losing your mind?
That is the premise of this amazing story. There are so many things to love about this book - the story that takes a turn on nearly every page, the wonderful romance between the two main characters, the views into the manipulative mind of someone bound and determined to get rid of another person. But the most amazing part of the book doesn't come until the very end.
Most books that have some sort of mystery in them fall short when I read them. Even I don't figure out the ending, I at least know enough bits and pieces to take the fun out of getting the end. But I give this author kudos for writing a story with an ending that you'll never predict!
