Personally I think Emily will be just as much to blame. After one month she already has insecurities about their relationship, is trying to push things faster than they should naturally go and is obsessing over his past relationships...all within the first two months. Seems like a relationship doomed to failure already whether the mother is as diabolical as the blurb makes it seem.
