The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones is a blood-chilling horror novel that revolves around four young American Indian men that dare to go hunting on land reserved for tribal elders and the consequences they pay some ten years later. Their youthful defiance to go elk hunting on land where they not permitted to be angered an Indian entity sought on revenge that won't rest until a bloody price is paid. However, the four men are hardly prepared for what awaits them years later after that hunt from their youth in this book. After all, how can anyone expect the spirits of the prey to wake again to reverse roles to hunt them each down? If you want to get goosebumps, this is the book that can certainly do it with all its blood and terror.
