The cover of the novel initially caught my eye. Its a fairly basic cover with nothing flashy, but the elk catches your attention.
Firstly, I think the pages in the PDF are a little out of order. However, once I worked that out for myself, I was captivated.
The story follows a group of Native American men all being haunted by... Something. Something that appears to appear as elk. We are lead to believe one man met his fate because of the elk while another was saved by his wife, leaving the reader curious as to how the "something" will handle this. I'm sucked in and cannot wait to finish the book.
