This was a hunting, but yet enchanting sneak peak read. I am such a huge fan of romance novels but I tend to be drawn to cozy and happy romances. This was a refreshing new approach to the genre I love so much. . I think what I like most about this novel is that the characters where not perfect by any means. They each have their own issues, scars, and versions of the past that continue to hunt them.
The books starts off 12 years after the terrible incident that Liv and Finn where lucky to survive. After all the time apart and pain they still both feel, the passion between them ignites again. Will the fiery passions of love be enough to burn away the pains of the past. Can dark and damage souls still find love?
I didn't realize I would enjoy a darker romance this much and cant wait to finish Liv and Finns story.
