This was a really unique book and I enjoyed the turns that it took. Once again, the book was very different than its summary. It starts off with the story of two sisters, the changes to โapocalypticโ, and then to โpost/current apocalypticโ. While I did enjoy this, it was not what I was expecting when picking up this book.
For me, this book didnโt really get interesting until about halfway through. I did enjoy the story and the turns that it took, but there was only about one part that was actually surprising.
Donโt take any of this the wrong way, I would still definitely recommend this book and I found it heartwarming, heartbreaking, and so many other things I canโt put into words.
Lets also talk about the insanely beautiful cover. I fell in love with this book just from looking at the stunning artwork on the front, and the inside front and back has amazing artwork as well! This book was so well done, inside and out.
