First thoughts were the cover absolutely intrigued me by its beauty and filled my head with so many questions in which what this novel could be about. It ends up being about one of my favorite genres; sci-fi/ dystopian themed. This is my first book my Author He and the ability to draw you in from page one and captivate you is rather impressive.

You’re just thrown into the middle of an ongoing story that is a complex representation of what the future could look like after neglect to mother Earth and having to rely on an expansive new technology that will blow your mind. How an older sister, named Cece who didn’t quite conform to some of the policies such as living in a virtual pod instead of living in the real world to help offset their environmental footprint. Suddenly she disappears and after 3 months it is presumed by many that she is dead. Except her younger sister, Kasey who decides to retrace her sisters’ last steps. It turns out both sisters were full of secrets.

Although I must admit I was confused at times, I got back on the horse and everything eventually played out beautifully. This book was intense, impactful and the ending ….there are no words.
