Oh how much I adored this book!!
This is such a hard topic. We are following nine women who went through hard times at the camps during WWII. I never like reading these types of books because I always tend to cry. Did this one make me cry?? Yes, yes it did.
I really liked the concept behind this memoir so I decided to pick it up and give it a try. I really adored this and thought it was so lovely. Such a breathtaking book and so impactful. It is seriously such a powerful and emotional ride of a story.. because it was real. This unfortunately did really happen which was so sad to read about.
I would suggest this, but I would tell you to be very cautious if you are sensitive to the events at the camps. They were really well described and just devastated me even more every time.
