I studied German for many years. Anything that has to do with Germany tends to be of interest to me. I absolutely love that this story is not lost and has been retold by a few of the women involved. This excerpt is fascinating. The amount of tenacity and bravery shown by the main character is amazing and I'd love to read the rest of her story.
