An amazing, beautifully written story!
When I first read the synopsis of The Myth of Perpetual Summer by Susan Crandall i knew it was right up my alley. Quite literally as it is set in my home state of Mississippi! It was also a dual timeline Historical Fiction novel set in the tumultuous 1960's. I really enjoyed the authors writing and the original and nuanced characters of Tallulah's dysfunctional family.
This was overall a great story with flawless writing and very real characters. a touching and emotional journey. I loved it and can't recommend it enough.
