From the first page you are thrust into intrigue. This author has a very nice flowing writing style and from what I can see so far, a strong story line. Super short chapters however which almost makes the story a bit choppy. I would have like to see more in-depthness to the characters and perhaps that comes in the rest of the book? Overall, this did keep me wanting more.
